Directors' reports of larger companies must include information on the company's policy regarding disabled employees.
The rules apply to companies with more than 250 employees on average in the relevant year.
These companies must include in their directors' report a statement describing such policy as the company has applied during the year -
A company's most recent directors' report is often available on its website.
"Disabled persons" are defined as in the Disability Discrimination Act.
The requirement is in Companies Act 1985, Schedule 7, paragraph 9.
